"Jon Huff and Randy Brazee are the most fabulous human beings and realtors on the planet. They have helped me buy and sell a couple times now and I am endlessly grateful for their patience, support, and advice. I cannot recommend them enough for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. They helped me sell a home in Scottdale, and they are helping me buy a home in Belvedere Park. They also helped me buy and sell a condo in Tuxworth Springs, near Medlock Park."

"Jon and Randy provided great assistance- helping us determine what preparation and updates would allow us to receive the best return on investment for our home sale. The whole team worked with us to ensure we showcased the extras and modernization of our property. They encouraged us along the way and kept us informed as photos and videos were scheduled, and staging was being set. They also worked well with other realtors to make sure we had maximum exposure. We look forward to completing the sale, and feel we have received great value with their services. Jean R. And Jorge D."

"Jon Huff and Randy Brazee and their team are amazing. We have used them several times and will continue to use them in the future. We sold in Brookhaven and they were knowledgeable about the area, schools, and needs of the neighborhood. They are kind and caring but also push to get the best deal. Great experience!"

"Jon Huff and Randy Brazee are incredible, selling our Decatur condo with limited stress. They have fantastic resources (like Jose and his crew who painted, Charles who replaced a toilet and did other quick fixes, and David who did some glasswork). The process was quick and smooth."

"Jon and Randy are fantastic. They communicated clearly and quickly throughout the entire process, letting us make decisions when we had strong opinions about things during our home search, and then offering suggestions when we needed them. They definitely understand the Atlanta market and made the home search process much less stressful than it could have been. Definitely recommend."

"“Jon and Randy have been with me through every major chapter of my adult life, and I truly can’t imagine navigating real estate without them. I bought my very first home with them while I was pregnant—an adorable spot in East Lake. As life evolved, they were right there with me: helping me upgrade to a larger house in Kirkwood, selling that home above asking, and then finding a cozy condo in Candler Park. After getting remarried, they helped us find our new family home—and now, they’ve guided us through buying our very first investment property. Every step of the way, Jon and Randy have brought exactly what we needed to the table. Jon’s commitment to the numbers, his sharp eye for detail, and his strategic thinking have helped us feel confident and informed with every decision. And Randy—Randy is the calm in the storm. His grounded presence and thoughtful approach have kept us sane through some truly stressful transitions. Together, they’re the perfect team: smart, steady, responsive, and genuinely kind. They’ve helped us through a baby, a divorce, a remarriage, and now the exciting start of real estate investing—and we’re so grateful. We love them, we trust them, and we can’t recommend them highly enough. “

"Jon and Randy recently helped us sell our home in the Midway Woods neighborhood near Atlanta. Their knowledge, insight, and creativity were an asset to us at every step along the way. They helped us prepare, stage and present our home in a way that maximized its appeal to buyers. As a result, we were able to sell in three days at a price that exceeded our expectations. We would not hesitate to recommend Jon and Randy to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Atlanta area.

What can I say, these two are truly amazing. Spent one weekend house hunting. They found properties that fit exactly what I was looking for and needing. In that weekend we found a place I fell in love with. Got an offer in and they made sure I understood everything that was happening in the process. As a first time home buyer, it can be a very daunting process but Jon&Randy ensured easily sailing. Closed recently and now the moving process begins. Needless to say, I will highly recommended, weather it is your first home or you are a veteran. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

"Outstanding experience. Randy and Jon were patient with me for years while I mulled over my options. The market changed, they showed me some condos and gave me a detailed projection on the sale of my house, and I am now moved into a condo without the personal upkeep of my prior house. It is going to be fantastic, thanks in great part to Jon and Randy. The made the process seamless."

"I’ve bought and sold several properties with Jon and Randy. I can’t speak highly enough of their professionalism and knowledge. It’s obvious they really enjoy and take pride in their work -- and that shows through in every way."

"I rate this company a 10+. They go above and beyond any other realty company that I have used in the past. After the inspection there was some items to be fixed/repaired . Since I was not familiar with the area, I had no idea who to call but Randy put me in touch with reputable companies. When I couldn’t be there for the closing, Randy obtained the key and put a locked box on the door. I can’t praise him enough for being so helpful."

"Jon and Randy were very helpful in the selling process. They were knowledgeable and had good resources. I got all the information needed, and the necessary paperwork was as convenient as possible. I appreciated how smooth the process was. Thank you, Jon+Randy!"

"Jon and Randy have assisted me with both the purchase and sale of a home - both of those experiences were fantastic. They know the area extremely well and the nuance between neighborhoods that gave us the insights and support we needed to make decisions. They were very involved from the first inquiry to the last signature and I felt like I could trust their expertise and advice. Thanks again to the team!"

"Jon and Randy are awesome! They’re very friendly, very knowledgeable, and very diligent. It’s clear they put a lot of time into searching for homes that checked our boxes to make sure our time was well-spent. The comparisons they put together when working through an offer are really helpful. We’re incredibly happy we worked with Jon+Randy and we highly recommend them. Thanks again team!"
